Policy Information

The earliest a student can book a lesson(s) is 2 weeks before the first lesson's start time. The latest a student can book a lesson(s) is 24 hours before the first lesson's start time.

Rescheduling or cancelling a lesson(s) should be initiated by the student at least 12 hours before the lesson's start time. Contact Matt Galli Music by email (mattjgalli@gmail.com) or phone (916 886-6210) to initiate the cancellation/rescheduling of your lesson(s). Students who initiate a cancellation on time will not be charged for their upcoming lesson.
